How to apply

The Sixth Form application form is now open and the link for the applicaiton forms for each site are below.

If you wish to apply to more than one of our campuses please complete a separate application form for each campus. The option blocks for each of the campuses are details below. You must pick only one subject from each block unless you are choosing a T Level courses where you only have to choose one option. These options are designed to ensure career pathways are facilitated. We will always consider requests for subjects out of these blocks but cannot guarantee they can be accommodated.

The Application Process

Application Form for Writhlington Campus

Please only pick one subject from each block. If you wish to take two options that currently clash please give details in the comment box at the end and we will see if we can accommodate this, but cannot guarantee we will be able to. If you are opting for a T Level then you only need to pick one subject as this is equivalent to three options.

Please only pick one T Level. Each T Level is equivalent to three options.
