The Sixth Form application form is online. The links for each campus are available below or on the front page of the website.
If you wish to apply to more than one of our campuses please complete a separate application form for each campus. The option blocks for each of the campuses are details below. You must pick only one subject from each block unless you are choosing a T Level courses where you only have to choose one option. These options are designed to ensure career pathways are facilitated. We will always consider requests for subjects out of these blocks but cannot guarantee they can be accommodated.
Applying to Sixth Form

Please complete all sections of the application form, including which which courses you wish to attend.
If you desired courses do not currently fit in the option blocks then please give details on the application form in the comments section. We will look at whether we can resolve this. We will always do our utmost to resolve any issues, but cannot guarantee we will always be able to.
The deadline for applications is 12th December 2022; applications after this time will be accepted but course choices may be limited.
We will contact you via email to update you on your application so please make sure you check your emails regularly.
The next step in the application process is interviews; at the end of January you will receive an invitation giving you a time and date for your interview which will usually be with the Deputy Director of your chosen Sixth Form site.
At interview you will discuss which courses you would like to study, and your career aspirations, to make sure that what you study in Sixth Form will help you on the way to achieving your goals.
In the summer term, when all interviews have been completed, you will receive a provisional offer detailing the courses you have chosen.
On Results Day we will send formal offers based on your GCSE results. We will also be available to support you.
